Wow... I have definitely been slacking on the whole "blogging" thing. But, schools out now (holla), I have yet to find a job (meow) and the weather in Abby is not summer!! But currently, its sunny... for the 1st time in weeks. But by tomorrow it will probably be raining again... awesome
I have been a faithful FIFA World Cup fanatic and sadly, Mexico got kicked out :( but Holland goes up against Brazil!!! Hopes we'll win.
Lately, I've been painting up a storm... future asperations? Art teacher. Pumped? oh yea.
I've always loved art... when I was in elementary school I wanted to be an artist, felt marker lines and spots were permanantly on my hands, I was always creating something... now I guess I've came back to my 1st love; Art :). I've painted landscapes and one portrait... Personally, I think im better at landscapes ahah... so much more to learn...
The thing I love about Art, you are always learning new things... either theres new paints and mediums, new pictures to paint and just different meanings to the paintings... it blows my mind and i seem to be falling in love with Art. Crazy.
Yesterday, my brother graduated... We have always been close since we're so close in age and we have grown to be soo tight. And yesterday was definitely bittersweet. Not only did my brother graduate but my best friend. This coming year, my life will change derasticly and frankly, I dont know if I'm ready for it.
Home Renos; Yes, we are renovating my home! We started in April and it was supposed to be only 2 months... well its obviously been longer than 2 months... and things are slowly progressing into a home... I'm getting very tired living in a house with only 1 bathroom and 5 other ppl to share it with.
